Please call me Tia. I'm an aspiring Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where people feel seen, heard, and understood.

My approach to counseling is rooted in person-centered care with a holistic perspective, while also incorporating CBT-based techniques and expressive approaches when helpful. I value authenticity, compassion, emotional growth, and meaningful human connection.

My goal is to help you navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with your strengths in a way that feels empowering — and deeply, gently, your own.

Insurance details will be confirmed once I begin private practice. In the meantime, I'm happy to discuss out-of-pocket rates, sliding-scale options, and superbills you may submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.

Session fees will be shared during your free 15-minute consultation. My goal is to keep care accessible — please reach out and we can talk through what works for you.

I plan to offer secure virtual telehealth sessions, with in-person availability based on location. We'll choose whichever feels most comfortable and supportive for you.

Our first session is about getting to know each other. You'll share what's bringing you in — at your own pace — and we'll begin shaping goals together. There's no pressure to have it all figured out; this is your space.

Every person's path is different. Some clients find clarity in a few months of focused work; others choose longer-term support. We'll check in regularly so the work always feels aligned with what you need.

Yes. Your privacy is protected by law and by the ethics of my profession, with the limited exceptions required for safety. We'll go through this together in your first session.
